Senator Harkin Aide Hears Concerns

[1]Tsalika Drown and Lorraine Williams from Cafe Dodici talk with Alison Hart, an Aide from Senator Tom Harkin’s OfficeAn aide to Senator Harkin visited the area yesterday and heard concerns from different business owners. This visit was part of a statewide summer hearing directly from Iowans on how the economy is impacting families across the state.
Those in attendance were optimistic in seeing signs of improvement in the economy.
One goal shared was they wanted to see investment in the education America’s future workers. Harkin’s aide visited Mt. Pleasant, Fairfield and Washington.
