Online Weather Spotter Classes Offered

[1]The National Weather Service is now offering their storm spotter classes online. These classes are designed as an introduction to storm spotting and as a way to refresh your knowledge. These courses are not intended to replace the spotter training classes offered in the Washington area each spring.
The two classes offered will talk about the role of a spotter and storms. The National Weather Service will offer their in-person spotter training classes in early 2012.
