The Highland Huskies were hosting WACO in softball and they went down to the last inning. WACO scored four runs in the third and Highland scored four in the fifth. In the bottom of the seventh Highland brougth across the winning run to get the w 5-4. Highland pitcher Katie Springer gave up four hits walked four and struck out seven. Kayla Schneider went 2-4 scored two runs and had an rbi. Allison Sojka went 2-3 with a double and scored a run. Hali Hunter went 3-3 with a double and 3 rbi’s.
