Celebration of life services for 93-year old Caroline Esther Dietrich Ballard of Sigourney, formerly of Wellman, is Monday at 11:00 at the English River Church of the Brethren.  Visitation is from 5:00 to 7:00 Sunday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona.
