Absentee ballots are still available for next week’s special election.  The Washington School District is having a special election next week on the 28th to approve nine and a half million dollars in General Obligation Bonds.  Voting by an absentee ballot may be done at the Washington County Auditor’s Office until 5:00 tomorrow by mail.  Those postmarked by Monday or hand-carried in on Tuesday until the polls close will be counted.
