Representatives from Main Street Washington will be breaking out the brooms to recognize two new additions to the downtown area.  Amy Vetter with Main Street Washington says SWEEPs is Supporting Washington’s Economic Enhancement Project.  She says this project was started in 2008 to celebrate the changes happening in downtown.

She says this SWEEPs event will be for Verizon Wireless which is a new store in the downtown, and the other is BodyWrx who completed a façade renovation.  The sweeping of the brooms begin at 9:00 tomorrow morning.
