The Washington City Council is holding a special session tonight to discuss two items.  They will be holding discussion on utility rate increases.  Current City Administrator Dave Plyman will be presenting information regarding the new utility rates.

The Council will also be talking about the selection of a new City Administrator.  This special meeting begins at 5:00 tonight in the old public library.
