The Washington City Council has approved several resolutions to proceed with work on the new Wastewater Treatment Project.  The Council approved four different resolutions totaling over $15 million.  They also approved a resolution to hold a public hearing for the demolition of buildings at 207 through 211 South Marion Avenue.

A bid date was established for the acceptance for plans and specifications of that demolition.  Bids are due to Washington City Hall by 10:00 am on Friday, April 29th.

The Washington City Council meets in the old library on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.
