Funeral services for 88 year old Dorothy M. Black of Washington will be held at 1:30 pm on Sunday at Jones- Eden Funeral Home in Washington.  Burial will be at the Valley Cemetery in Washington.  Visitation will be 12:00 pm on Saturday at Jones- Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family visitation from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A memorial has been established to Washington County Mini Bus and elementary school libraries.
