Columbus Community Schools Parent/Teacher Conferences

Columbus Community Schools Parent/Teacher Conferences will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 8 and Thursday, February 10th. Middle and high school will be in the student center and gym.

No services or visitation will be held 80 year old Vernln L. Keiser of Muscatine.  The George M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is handling the arrangements.

Largest Storm System Since the 1950’s

NASA has released the above photo of the current storm system that has Iowa in nearly white-out conditions. This storm system, nearly 2,000 miles across, is one of the largest since the 1950’s.  The other photos were taken around Washington.
