Funeral services for 82 year old Loyal Lee Banks of Washington will be held at 1:30 Thursday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation begins at noon Wednesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home with family visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 Wednesday evening. A general memorial has been established.
