The safety and progress of the former Mills Seed building was brought up again at last night’s Washington City Council meeting. Councilman Mike Roth showed concern with no apparent progress being made to improve or complete the former Mills Seed building project. Roth has requested that nuisance abatement procedures move forward and a structural engineer should evaluate the building for safety. The building originally located at 604 North 7th Avenue was moved in February to 212 North Iowa Avenue.
