Description: The next Learn at Lunch will be on Monday, January 17th from Noon – 1p.m at the Washington County Fairgrounds. The program will be Emergency Preparedness = COAD presented by Public Health Director Chrystal Woller. The program will go over what COAD is and how it can help communities.
