The Washington Public Library is presenting a series of free, public lunch-hour concerts with the first series beginning Wednesday. The program titled “Oboe & Piano Unplugged” features Music Director of the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra Bob McConnell and Washington pianist Susan See. The concert is Wednesday, November 10th from 12:15 to 12:45 on the 2nd floor of the Washington Public Library.
