The chamber of commerce started the barn quilts in our area and we are now the barn quilt county and get requests and visitors from all over the nation.

What’s your favorite part of the holiday season?
The Annual Candle Light Tour of Homes, of course!
What is one of your favorite Christmas memories?
My grandma woukd have all the family sing happy birthday to Jesus each Christmas.
One year she gave herself a beard made of whipping cream before we sang. She
taught me from a young age that its ok to be silly even with serious things-like
teaching family to remember the real meaning of Christmas.
