It was senior night for 10th ranked IMS as they hosted Pekin. IMS recognized their five seniors: Meridyth Bates, Kara Schlabaugh, Gretchen Geyer, Carly Unruh, Emma Yutzy. IMS took the first game 25-15, then were down in the second but fought back to take it 26-24, and then won the third 25-15. IMS Head Coach Dwight Gingerich says he felt coming back in that second was key and kind of took the wind out of Pekin’s sails. IMS improves to 30-6. Now IMS has some time off before the post season starts. They will open hosting Sigourney a week from tonight.
