Washington public schools are celebrating spirit day today. A homecoming student assembly is this afternoon from 12:20 to 1:20 in the high school gym.  Immediately after the assembly, Homecoming coronation will begin in the High School Auditorium, followed by the Homecoming Parade at 2 pm.  A pep rally is also planned for 2:45 this afternoon in Central Park.  In tonight’s 7:30 homecoming game, the Washington Demons face Mt. Vernon.
