The Washington County Riverboat foundation recently announced its Mini Grant Awards and the Highland School District in Riverside received $9,000.  These grants are designed to reach applicants who have a small project they would like to complete.  Highland Community Schools received money for a microscope lab, a outdoor classroom, the Flipping for Technology Program, Riverside Lego League, and Playground Equipment Replacement
