Hills Bank has selected 20 high school seniors to participate in its annual Leadership Program. Washington County 4-H Youth Coordinator Katie Peiffer says two participating seniors are from Washington County. Ty Sexton is the son of Lyle and Stephanie Sexton of Ainsworth, and Hayley Sieren is the daughter of Brian and Michelle Sieren of Washington. Hills Bank Leadership Program participants applied for the program as juniors, and will attend nine hours of leadership training during their senior year. After completing the program, each will receive a $1,000 scholarship that must be used at an accredited university, college or community college in Iowa.
