In the latest football rankings, a couple of area schools have been added. First in 3A, Harlan is still one followed by Solon and Williamsburg. Mount Pleasant has dropped out with their 28-20 loss to Clear Creek Amana. The Grinnell Tigers, who the Demons open district play with, enters the rankings at 10. They beat Oskaloosa.

In Class 2A, Mid-Prairie dropped out after the loss to Washington. Sigourney-Keota’s win over Pekin puts them at number nine. In Class A, WACO’s 20-7 win over HLV has put the Warriors at number 7.
