Railroad Repairs Continue North Of Highway 92

Repairs to railroad crossings north of Highway 92 have been ongoing this week, and a new closure begins today.

Washington County Engineers Office spokeswoman Julie Messer says the railroad crossing at the Washington/Louisa County Road will be closed today and tomorrow for repairs. The crossing at Palm Avenue had been closed earlier this week but is now open to traffic. For questions regarding construction, call the Maintenance Superintendent at 653.1702.
