Celebration of life services for Neal N. Roth, 86 of Wayland are Friday (9/10) at 10:30am at the Victory Fellowship Church in Brighton.  A private graveside service will be held prior to the funeral.  Visitation will be held Thursday (9/9) from noon till 8pm at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington where the family will greet friends from 6-8pm.  A memorial Fund has been established for the Victory Fellowship Church.

The Washington County Board of Supervisors have asked for further research into a plan that would allow the county to borrow $8 million dollars to pay for secondary road improvements.
