The Washington County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet tonight to consider a zoning map amendment.

Ronnie Herschberger, of Kalona Tire Company, has requested rezoning of property located in Section 13 of English River Township, south of Kalona at 1239 Highway 1.  The request would change the property from Urban Reserve to Commercial District for use as equipment repair and service.  The zoning meeting is tonight at 7:00 p.m. at the Washington County Courthouse.  For more information, contact Washington County Zoning Administrator Steve Lafaurie at 653.7731.
