State Senator Becky Schmitz is coming to Southeast Iowa communities to hold public forums about “Accountability & Transparency” in the State Senate Southeast Iowa tomorrow. She’ll be at the Kalona Bakery at 8 a.m. and at Fairfield City Hall at 10:15 a.m. after a stop at Washington Public Library at 9 a.m. The goal is to provide a forum for citizens to voice their concerns and to “make the State Government more open and accountable.” Senate President Pro-Tem Jeff Danielson of Waterloo will join Schmitz at the forums to help answer questions.
