Restrictions On Iowa 78 In Louisa and Henry Counties In Effect Today

Concrete patching work on Iowa 78 in Henry and Louisa counties began today and will last for more than a month. The Iowa DOT says one way, single lane restrictions will take place weekdays from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. between U.S. 218, near Winfield in Henry County, and the intersection of U.S. 61 and Louisa County Road H-22, near Morning Sun. The project is expected to be completed by Sept. 30. KCII will bring you updates on this construction alert as they become official.
