Railroad Repairs to Close Spruce Avenue

Railroad repair work is prompting the closure of a street just north of Washington. A portion of Spruce Avenue in Washington County will be closed. Washington County Engineer Dave Patterson says the repairs are to the railroad crossing just north of Highway 92. He says the closure should only be a couple days.
