City Wide Garage Sale in Riverside this Week

Washington Community School Board Meeting Wednesday

The Washington Community School District’s Board of Education will meet Wednesday.  Agenda items include approving bids for the school system’s fuel and dairy needs, further discussions of board and superintendent goals, and legislative priorities for the district.

Carl Underwood

Funeral services for 73 year old Carl Underwood of Ollie will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday at the Prairie View United Methodist Church near Ollie. Burial will be in the Ollie Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 tomorrow evening with family present from 6:00 to 8:00. Memorials have been established to Prairie View Methodist Church or the Ollie Volunteer First Responders.
