One Sent To Hospital After “Assault” In Washington Parking Lot

A weekend parking lot assault has sent one man to the hospital.

The Washington County Public Safety Center reports Saturday at 2 am a caller alerted authorities to an injured man in a parking lot at 521 East 7^th Street in Washington. The caller reported the man was on the ground after being assaulted in the face by another male. The Safety Center reports one subject was sent to Washington County Hospital and Clinics. The incident remains under investigation. KCII will bring you additional details as they become official.
