This week’s Thursday Night Live in Washington’s Central Park brings something new to the summer program this year: tap dancing. Each week the Farmers Market begins at 5pm, guest performers take the stage at 6:30, and the Washington Municipal Band performs at 8.  Thursday at 6:30 “Second Hand Toes”, a group composed of four “mature” Washington area ladies will entertain with tap dancing to some of their favorite songs.
