One of the Republicans running for Congress in Iowa’s second district says the U.S has strayed from the path envisioned by the founding fathers. Chris Reed says the country needs to get back to its constitutional roots. Reed says like any GOP candidate, one of his core platforms is limited government. He says today people need to remember that Americans are guaranteed the pursuit of happiness, not happiness itself. Reed will meet three opponents in next week’s GOP primary. The winner will face Democrat Dave Loebsack in the general election.
