A Mid-Prairie junior is being honored by teachers and staff. Zachary Tuma has been awarded this year’s Student Achievement Award of Excellence. It’s given to the individual who they feel has inspired teachers and students throughout the year. They say Tuma has exhibited impressive growth during the academic year, has an exceptional attitude, desire to learn, is committed, hard working, and displays a caring attitude and compassion to all friends, teachers and his family. Zachary is the son of Corey and Lisa Tuma from West Chester.
