^[1]Free County Members protest at a Supervisors Meeting earlier this year

A political action committee formed to oppose county zoning is hosting two candidate’s forums. The Republicans vying for their party’s nomination in Iowa House District 89, and Senate District 45 are slated to take questions from Free County tonight at 7:00 in the Washington High-School auditorium. Tuesday next week, Free County is hosting the GOP members vying for Washington County Supervisor seats in Districts five and three. That forum is at 7:00 in the Washington Junior-High gym. The forums will be moderated by Dave Soufer, who is not affiliated with Free County.
