Fairfield Voters Approve Sales Tax Use at Convention Center

[1]The Fairfield Arts and Convention CenterVoters in Fairfield have approved diverting part of their local sales tax money to the city’s Arts and Convention Center. The measure that takes 12.5%, or half of the 1-cent tax passed 1,600-806. The results won’t become official until after a canvas Tuesday by he Jefferson County Board of Supervisors.
