The Demon softball team opens conference play tonight in their second game of the season. The Demons will host 5th ranked Fort Madison for a conference doubleheader. The Bloodhounds are a team that has been strong the last few seasons and finished as the Class 3A State Runner Up the season before last. The Demons are coming off a 10-0 win over Columbus on Wednesday. Demon Head Coach Angie Shrader says the conference season will be tough and Fort Madison will be a good early test.
