It’s the first voice many will hear in a time of crisis: a 911 Telecommunicator. Teresa Todd is the assistant supervisor in the Washington County Communications Center. She says for people with her job, there really isn’t a typical day at work. Todd says there’s really no training that can mentally prepare someone for what’s on the other end of the phone. .
