Lincoln Parent/Teacher Group Fundraising to Bring Rudy to Washington

[1]Daniel "Rudy the rocket" Ruettiger dressed in his #45 for the Georgia Tech game (Wikipedia)A local organization is undertaking a fundraising effort to bring the man who inspired the 1993 movie Rudy to Washington. The Lincoln Elementary School Parent/Teacher Group is trying to get Daniel Eugene Ruettiger to speak to young people in the district. He’s agreed to a reduced presentation fee of five-thousand dollars. That also covers travel and lodging. Donations can be made at Federaton Bank.
