IMS soccer team opened their season with a shutout win over Danville. Eight ranked IMS won 6-0. Truman Shetler had a couple of goals, Brian Miller, Kyle Miller, Chance Miller, and Vince Rhodes, each had goals. Goalie Michael Darby had the shutout.

Washington Demon soccer team opened their season with a handful, number one ranked Iowa City Regina. The Regals won 4-2. The Demons scored their two goals in the last three minutes.
