The CEO at Washington County Hospital and Clinics says the healthcare bill signed into law by the president this week won’t do a lot to address the cost of medical care. Don Patterson says the price is related to the quality. He says Americans want the newest, most advanced technology in their doctors’ offices, which drives up the cost of the system.
