A Washington man has been charged with vehicular homicide in connection with a crash last Memorial Day weekend that claimed the lives of three people. Andrew Tyler Brock is also charged with laundry list of traffic violations. According to the Iowa State Patrol, Brock was driving a pickup truck and failed to stop at the intersection of Lexington and Highway 92.
