Washington District Judge nominated for Iowa Court of Appeals

A Washington District Judge has been nominated for a position on the Iowa Court of Appeals. Judge Michael Mullins is one of three nominees presented by the State Judicial Nominating Commission to Governor Chet Culver for consideration. Governor Culver has thirty days to make the appointment.
