Two local biofuels plants are getting federal grant money to expand production. Crawfordsville based Riksch Biofuels is receiving a little more than 10-thousand dollars, while Washington based Iowa Renewable Energy will get more than 200-thousand dollars. The money is coming from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Eastern Iowa Congressman Dave Loebsack says the funds will ensure “good paying, made in America energy jobs.”
