A trial date has been set for a lawsuit centered on a power struggle amid the board of directors at a local biodiesel company. Iowa Renewable Energy board members Warren Bush, Denny Mauser and William Horan filed the suit in Washington County Court claiming the rest of the board violated an operating agreement by forming and excluding them from an executive board. The board majority contends the three failed to disclose payments of $450,000 from Renewable Energy Group to a company they own, The Biodiesel Group, about three years ago. The case is scheduled to go to trial in December.
