Hospice of Washington County is recognizing people who offer up their time next month. Nursing Director Jayme Colby says April is their National Volunteer Appreciation Month. Colby says they’ll have a dinner to honor volunteers, at which time the volunteer of the year will be elected. She says they’ll also be starting a volunteer training session in a few weeks.
