Southeast Iowa is in for another winter storm. The National Weather Service says snow is expected to develop Sunday through Tuesday with the potential for moderate snow amounts. Most of the snowfall is expected Monday and Monday night. Brisk northeast winds up to 30 miles an hour could potentially cause drifting snow creating travel problems.
