Celebration of life service for 94 year old Thelma Derby of Sigourney is at 10:30 Tuesday (2/16) morning at the Sigourney United Methodist Church. Burial is at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation is from 4-8 Monday (2/15) evening at the Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney. Memorials are for Hospice of Washington County.
