Riverside State Representative Larry Marek says much work remains before the legislature passes a government reorganization effort. He says many parts of the bill are still in the committee process and won’t be before the full legislature until after they pass out of committee. Marek says they will also often break into smaller committees to address more specific aspects of proposed legislation.
