Blum to be Arraigned Next Week

[1]James Dean Blum (Photo Courtesy of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office)A Washington man accused of strangling his wife is set to be arraigned March 5. 70 year old James Blum is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 67 year old Patricia Blum. She was found unresponsive in the couple’s home in early January. She was later pronounced at a hospital. Court documents show James Blum’s arraignment was initially scheduled for Monday.
