Washington City Councilors will begin discussions this week on creating a tax increment financing district to help facilitate moving a building. Jeremy Patterson, of Jeremy Patterson House Moving, wants to relocate the old Mills Seed Building to the city’s downtown. Patterson’s company is featured on the TLC program “Heavy Haulers.” The city council meeting starts Wednesday night at 7:00 at the old public library building.
