Main Street Washington is reintroducing the Washington Incentive Fund. It’s designed to encourage remodeling and repair work on commercial buildings within the Main Street District. There are two grant opportunities in partnership with the Riverboat Foundation. One is for building improvements the other is for façade upgrades. MSW is also working with local financial institutions to provide low interest loans for new construction or improvements to existing buildings. Contact Main Street 653-3272 for more information.
