A 911 communications specialist in Washington County is celebrating a professional milestone. Sandra Lovetinsky is a Riverside native who’s been taking emergency calls for 20 years. Lovetinsky says the position can be stressful at times, and that someone doing the job has to remember that the people calling are in a time of crisis. She’s says ultimately it’s rewarding knowing that she played a part to help someone.
